Updating Membership Details

If you are already a member you can change your details by logging in to your account - just click the 'login' button at the top of each screen.

If you have forgotten your password, we can have it reset for you.

Visit the forgotten password page and enter your email address (the one you used when you registered) and click on "forgotten your password".
Your password will then be sent to the email address you originally registered as a customer.
If you do not receive the password by email within 24 hours, please email info@nellandoll.com.au.
For your own security, we will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.

If you have forgotten both your email address and password please email us at info@nellandoll.com.au and we will contact you.
